  I went out of my way to drop off my laptops for repair today, and apparently there was no one there. If your hours say you're open, I would expect you to be open. Wasted my time, and lost my business. Update your hours if you're not going to actually be there during the times listed.

  My experience with Dragora was so much better than I had with a highly advertised computer service (hint: rhymes with Greek). Dragora just fixed my laptop... in less than a day. The owner was helpful, honest, and very knowledgeable. He took extra time to explain the repairs in a manner that even a novice like myself could understand. The cost was very reasonable. I would take my computer there again... without hesitation. I highly recommend them to anyone Glenn
